It is a major project organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China to further implement the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" issued by the Office of the Central Committee and the State Council, guide small and medium-sized enterprises to take the path of specialization, refinement, characterization, and novelty, enhances their independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness and promote the transformation and upgrading of small and medium-sized enterprises and high-quality development.

According to the interim measures for the gradient cultivation and management of high--quality small and medium-sized enterprises issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the identification of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises are divided into three gradients of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises, specialized, special, and new little giant firms, of which the identification standard of specialized, special, and new little giant enterprises are the highest.

The "little giant" is the leader in the "specialized, special and new" enterprises, and the enterprises selected in the list of the "little giant" enterprises need to reach the industry-leading level in terms of economic efficiency, innovation ability, operation and management, specialization, and other special conditions.

This time, TransEasy was identified as a ‘specialized special and new little giant’, which represents that the company has been fully recognized by the government and the industry in terms of independent innovation in key technologies, product performance and quality, refined operation and management, and market share of market segments.
